So as [info]whitecake posted her Star Wars awesomeness the other day, I figured I'd take a few quick snaps of my current desk setup at work to show you all what kind of shenanigans I get up to as well.

It's a shame I took the photos yesterday and not today, as Wicket has now given up on his battle with Mace Windu and has taken to making out with Yoda instead.

Click for slightly larger blurry pictures because I cbf taking in the DSLR.

Yes the trooper in my wallpaper is playing an electric guitar.

Cut for Zebra Trooper )

Occasionally characters go missing and end up riding Pokey from Gumby on a level designers desk, or at one point I had a stuffed Chewie riding the Zebra too.
Fun times at Torus Games. :D

Honestly, I find an excuse to use that line from the Wizard of Oz waaaaaay too often.

So anyway, given that the publisher has just gone on a MASSIVE marketing spree, I have a feeling I'm probably no longer bound to a confidentiality agreement on the title I've been working on for the past few months.

This is probably the best write-up/screenshot collection I've seen so far.

Edit:
Oh, lol. By the way. This guys name is Brendon

Check it out.
You'll see a suprisingly large amount of the work I've been doing.
Obviously not the artwork, which is pretty awesome, the animals really look great, but the minigames like the little bugs there, and the shaving and the lasering thing and such.

Edit: Seems these people posted all 114 released screenshots:

Today I had my last exam. With the assumption that I pass everything, I am now officially out of the education system.
It's crazy, if you include Pre-school, I've been in the system for 19 years now, that's almost 83% of my life.
Goddamn does it feel good to be done.

It's weird, I wasn't too concerned about passing this exam, but I think I've been the most nervous that past couple of days than any other exam I've had recently, and I think it's because not only does it mean I'm finished but that a really large chapter of my life is finally over.

I start work tomorrow morning, so theres no rest for me, but to be honest I'm really looking forward to it, it's what I've been working towards for so long, it's great to finally look back and now consider it done and buried.

It's been a pretty large chunk of my life lately, so it's strange, I'm going to feel like a new man soon, and I'm pretty sure the best is yet to come.
